Shanghai Shenlong Bus Co., Ltd. (referred to as "SUNLONG") is a renowned bus manufacturer in Shanghai and covers an area of 200,000 sq meters with annual capacity of 15,000 buses in single shift. The company dedicates to the research and development, manufacturing and sales of buses.

The products cover the segment of passenger transportation, tourism, public transportation city buses articulated BRT Buses and team transportation. It is unique integrated bus manufacturer in Shanghai and even in China. In 2013, Company sold over 9,500 buses with sales volume of over RMB 6.9 Billion equivalent to USD115 Million.

Since its establishment in Sep. 2005, the Company keeps the innovation and independent designs to meet all requirements from various customers in mainland China and worldwide. The Company strictly follows TS16949 Standard and gains national 3C certification. The complete product chain includes over 200 models in 20 categories from medium end to high-end that cover length from 6m to 13.7m. After years of development, diesel, natural gas, hybrid and hydrogen fuel models are developed.

Company decided to explore domestic market and overseas market at the same time after the establishment. SUNLONG enters into over 10 countries and regions including Thailand, Singapore, Russia, USA and established several dealers and service stations overseas. In 2008, SUNLONG passed the Russia GOST certification and North America DOT certification UL certification and entered developed country market.

After several years' development, "SUNLONG" has been regarded as famous bus brand with characters of "fashion appearance, good service and high performance-cost ratio". In Shanghai BUS TEC, SUNLONG was awarded the "Best Bus Appearance Award" and "Best Bus Manufacturer Marketing Award".

SUNLONG strictly follows China Compulsory Certification (CCC) and ISO/TS16949: 2002 quality management system standard. The quality control goes through all aspects, from research and development, purchasing, manufacturing, sales and service, involving all the employees in the process to provide perfect guarantee to safety quality of SUNLONG buses.

Company promotes lean and standardized management in quality target setting, 5S actions and system development of all-around quality control. SUNLONG continuously improves and try to achieve "management standardization, working standardization, examination datamation, business flow and process informationized".

In order to improve the quality of SUNLONG buses from the root, the Company establishes strict supplier selection, evaluation and review system. The Company adopts the products from domestic advanced enterprises and establishes complete supplier quality documentation. Supplier quality engineers (SQE) enhance the inspection and follow-up for the key suppliers. The quality control of outsourcing factory is brought into Company quality control system, which realizes quality seamless connection.
